I couldn’t be happier with Jonathan and the team at NY Built Construction. They turned my gut renovation into a masterpiece and significantly increased the value of my property. Jonathan truly delivered on my vision and helped me navigate layout decisions I was unsure about. He guided me through the entire process including handling approvals from my building board making everything stress-free and seamless. The crew was professional, clean, and always showed up on time. Jonathan really cares about his workmanship and takes pride and passion in what he does. The quality of workmanship and materials was top notch with no corners cut. This was by far my best experience dealing with contractors. I recommended him to my friend for a smaller job, and even though she was on a budget, you would never know after Jonathan finished work on her bathroom and kitchen. I definitely recommend Jonathan and NY Built Construction and will use them again for any future projects. If you need a trusted person for your renovation, Jonathan is the one to call.

We accepted several bids for the complete renovation of our brownstone. Jonathan really stood out from the competitors with his attention to details, experience, and suggestions, making us confident in him and his team. The cherry on top was the price! We were very happy with the way the job came out, with no surprises(!) along the way, and were really impressed with how the team stayed on schedule.

NY BUILT was amazing. They explained to me the process of needing my alteration agreement which no other contractor asked for. The differences between work that can be done now and work that we had to file for architects and building approval. They were able to get work started quickly with no surprises even though my building approval process was not easy. Last but not least some companies were asking 20-50% more. Thank you again!
